National Alliance
The Neurological Alliance
The primary purpose of the Neurological Alliance is to campaign for
better services for people with neurological conditions and their
carers. The charity represents neurological charities in England to
present a united voice to achieve better health and support
services for people with neurological conditions.
The Neurological Alliance is a charity which campaigns to create a
climate where it is no longer acceptable for people with
neurological conditions to experience poor or disjointed
services.
- The NA speaks for the brain and spine charities in groups which develop policy
- The NA works to persuade decision-makers and people with influence of the value of investing in high quality services for people with neurological conditions
- Over the coming year we intend to campaign to significantly increase public awareness of neurological conditions.
Regional network
The Neurological Alliance works together to make the local case for
better service. The Neurological Alliance has embarked on a
programme to build and maintain an network of Regional Neurological
Alliances which bring together staff and volunteers from the brain
and spine charities and a range of health professionals to campaign
for better services.
