National Service Framework

The National Service Framework for Long Term Conditions (NSF LTC) was published in March 2005 with a 10-year implementation period.

The Framework strategy sets 11 quality requirements to improve treatment, care and support from diagnosis to the end of life for people with neurological conditions.

It underlines the need for appropriate, integrated services planned and delivered around individual needs, and to support people to live independently with good quality of life.
