This website has been created by three organisations working in partnership to help you find useful information about neurological conditions.

The information is provided under a series of tabs to enable you to find what you want as quickly as possible:

About us - tells you who the members of the partnership are, what they do and aspire to do to improve the quality of neurological services.

Patients and Carers - offers you patient stories and answers frequently asked questions.  We also provide details on services that exist.  We have introduced a calendar of events including awareness weeks and we will populate this as and when we receive information.

Library - holds useful national, local and charity publications and offers you access to a Library of services provided by Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust.

Evidence Portal - offers you non-medical evidence, guidance, research and case studies about neurological conditions.

Services Map - offers information on regional services and support across the North East.
