NENP Evidence Portal

Welcome to the NENP Evidence Portal: a specialist, dedicated access point to local neuro evidence. Its contents will help inform improvements in neuro services and outcomes for people who use them.

The Portal contains non-medical evidence including practitioner and provider generated standards, guidelines and audits; reports and working documents on service improvements and innovations; case studies; academic research at under / postgraduate levels; publications and articles; and conference presentations, posters and reports.

It brings together work developed since 2005 which is already in the public domain and has been validated by employing organisations, research institutions or through peer review.

Using menus or the fast access buttons, you can do the following:

• Search: using selected items from the drop down menus to get a list of Search Results and then a Selected Record with more detail. This will give you information to develop your own work, service or research and contacts for further details or advice;
• See A-Z list of titles: to get the big picture of what people are doing locally; and
• Add your project: to submit your own work to NENP. Once accepted, your work will be shared through the Portal. You might find a useful local contact this way or get feedback or support for what you are doing. This will help develop the Portal and create an on-line neuro learning and change community in the north east.

This Portal is here for people to share what they are doing. Visit and use it regularly, and add to it so what we are doing locally becomes even better.
