Chase Park Rehabilitation Centre provides 28 single bedrooms and 2 independent living apartments for people aged 18 and over

The facility is equipped to support the re-learning of everyday skills and stimulate the senses, as well as to meet service users' care, nursing, rehabilitative, respite and continuing care needs, whilst also offering opportunities for relaxation and tranquillity

Chase Park aims to achieve positive change, sustainability, meet individual potential and enhance the quality of life for people and provide support for their families.

Leaders in the field of neurorehabilitation, their Interdisciplinary Therapy Team consists of:

Occupational Therapists
Physiotherapists
Speech and Language Therapists
Clinical Neuropsychologists

Chase Park also provides therapy services into the community. This enables an individual's progress through Chase Park and into the community on their pathway towards independent living with continuity and confidence in services provided by the same therapy team.
